Day 1 – Parma – Busseto – Reggio Emilia
Meeting with the guide at the cheese factory and visit to the production of Parmigiano Reggiano, where we will see the entire production process from boiling the milk to maturing.
After the visit there will be a tasting of different ages of Parmigiano.
Transfer to the Parma lowlands and visit to the production of Culatello, the most prized product of Emilian charcuterie.
Tasting.
Transfer to the province of Reggio Emilia to discover Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.
